These Terms apply to the cmdhub website, account system, documentation, registry, binaries, command-line tools, and paid Pro features. Cmdhub is operated by Stochastic Consulting Pty Ltd. Contact us at support@cmdhub.run.
Using cmdhub
Cmdhub is command-line software for working with third-party services. The CLIs run locally on your machine. The website provides account login, registry data, documentation, waitlist signup, account status, and paid account features.
You are responsible for how you use cmdhub, for the accounts you connect, and for complying with the terms and policies of third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, Notion, and GitHub.
Alpha status
Cmdhub is early software. Features, commands, pricing, documentation, availability, and provider integrations may change. Some parts of the product may be incomplete, experimental, or temporarily unavailable.
We try to make cmdhub predictable and reliable, but you should review command output and use appropriate caution before running commands that send, delete, update, share, or otherwise modify third-party data.
Accounts and security
You may sign in with Google, Microsoft, or email/password where available. You are responsible for keeping your account and local machine secure.
If you believe your cmdhub account or connected provider account has been compromised, contact support@cmdhub.run and revoke provider access directly with the provider.
Provider access
Provider authentication is separate from cmdhub account login. The CLIs request provider permissions only when you connect a provider for command-line use.
Provider credentials are normally stored locally by the CLI. The website does not currently provide general hosted provider token storage. If hosted provider token storage is introduced later, it will be optional, disclosed before use, and protected with encryption.
Cmdhub Pro
Cmdhub Pro is a yearly subscription for the cmdhub command-line tool suite. At this stage, Pro primarily suppresses occasional upgrade reminders in the binaries. Pro may later include additional account, diagnostics, or usage-history features.
Unless otherwise stated, the free binaries remain usable without Pro.
Billing
Cmdhub intends to use a merchant of record for paid subscriptions. The merchant of record may be the seller for payment, tax, invoicing, refund processing, chargeback handling, and related buyer support.
Prices, taxes, renewal periods, cancellation options, and payment methods will be shown at checkout. Do not purchase Pro if the checkout terms are not acceptable to you.
Refunds
Cmdhub offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for yearly Pro purchases. See the Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not use cmdhub to:
- break the law or violate third-party rights;
- access accounts, workspaces, files, messages, or data without permission;
- send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive communications;
- attempt to disrupt cmdhub, provider APIs, or other users;
- bypass provider rate limits, security controls, or access controls.
We may suspend or revoke website access if necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal obligations.
Third-party services
Cmdhub depends on third-party APIs and platforms. Those services are not controlled by cmdhub and may change, break, throttle, revoke access, or impose their own terms. Cmdhub is not responsible for third-party service outages, account restrictions, API changes, or provider decisions.
Google, Microsoft, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and other names belong to their respective owners. Cmdhub is not endorsed by those providers unless explicitly stated.
Support and data deletion
For support, account deletion, billing questions, or security concerns, contact support@cmdhub.run. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Cmdhub is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stochastic Consulting Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of cmdhub. For paid services, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for cmdhub Pro in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stochastic Consulting Pty Ltd at its principal place of business, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as cmdhub evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
