Yearly cmdhub Pro purchases can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email support@cmdhub.run from the email address associated with the purchase. Include any receipt, checkout ID, merchant order ID, or account email that helps us find the transaction.
What Pro includes
At this stage, cmdhub Pro primarily suppresses occasional upgrade reminders in the cmdhub binaries. Pro may later include additional account, diagnostics, or usage-history features.
The free binaries remain usable without Pro unless a specific future feature says otherwise.
Processing
Cmdhub intends to use a merchant of record for paid subscriptions. The merchant of record may process the checkout, tax, invoice, refund, and payment support flow.
After we approve a refund, timing depends on the merchant of record, payment method, card network, bank, and region. Refunds usually return to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a past charge unless the purchase is within the 30-day refund window or applicable law requires otherwise.
Abuse and legal rights
We may decline refund requests connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, or clear misuse of the service. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
